WRF, as IAMURE’s President Dr. Genaro Japos puts it, is a “world platform for celebrity researchers” with dress code being formal long gowns (ladies) and tuxedos and ties (gents). What stirred excitement in the concurrent sessions were the talent presentations of the researchers, which entertained the audience more than probably would showbiz celebrities have, proving scientific researchers are not boring!
The Best in Powerpoint Presentation are judged based on Research Powerpoint International Standards Criteria including Visual Content, Comprehensiveness, Organization and Sequence, and Newness and Relevance. The Best Dressed (Personality) Researcher is awarded based on Regality and Visual Impact, Personality and Confidence, and Glamour and Elegance; the Best in Talent is chosen based on Artistic Excellence, Visual Effect, and Audience Impact. Finally, the Overall best Oral Presenter is awarded based on the Study Content and mastery on top of the presenter’s powerpoint, personality, and talent.
